what is the difference between parasitic relationship and mutualistic relastionship

A parasite feeds off its host without benefiting the host. Mutualist or symbiotic relationships are ones in which each side aids the other.

In mutualistic relationship both members of relation got benifit from each other. e.g; Lichen.
And in parasitic relationship only the parasite gets benifit and host gets harm and damage. e.g; Liverfluke, tape worm, leech etc.
