i belive its 7/2, the degree of the numerator and denominator are the same, so thus it is not y=0, so i believe you take a ratio of leading coefficients of the highest degree and compare them, so its not A, it has a HA so its not D, and the -1/9 has nothing to do with it so i would choose C
