Ken is constructing a circle inscribed in a triangle ABC. Which step will he use to locate the center C of the inscribed circle?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

He will construct a line from vertex A to the midpoint of side BC and a line from vertex B to the midpoint of side AC and label the point of intersection of the two lines as C. He will construct a line through vertex A perpendicular to side BC and a line through vertex B perpendicular to side AC and label the point of intersection of the two lines as C. He will construct the perpendicular bisector of sides AB and BC and label the point of intersection of the perpendicular bisectors as C. He will construct the bisectors of angles A and B and label the point of insection of the bisectors as C.
