First off, upon analyzing the graph, you see that the line is NOT DASHED, but rather bolded; this indicates that the function is "equal to or greater/less than". In this case, the only answer that has that sign, is d. However, assuming its not, you would need to get y alone, and look at the graphs from then. The quickest way to see which is NOT the answer, is to get it alone, and compare the y-intercept (remember, when dividing by a negative number, the sign changes directions).
