What would be the effect of using a drug that stops further changes in the cell during G2 phase? A. The cell cannot go throught mitosis and will not reproduce a new cell B. The cell will stop and go into G0 or resting phase until conditions are favorable. C. The cell will be in the middle of dividing and will produce a cell with only 1/2 the amount of chromosomes.

its A...because the cycle goes in this manner|dw:1385994487867:dw| So if we stop the cycle at g2...then it would not enter mitotic phase so no reproduction of cell
