A plant breeder is trying to develop a deep purple violet. She knows the violets come in deep purple, light purple, and white. She crossed 2 violtes hoping to produce only the deep color. Which parent plants should she use?

The options are at least one parent must be pp, both parents must be Pp, both parents must be PP, at least one parent must be Pp

see if u mix deep purple with white then u get violet right? so u need 1 parent with dark purple and other with white..correct?

Lol yeah im trying to take my Biology test and im on vacation for 6 weeks and all my notes are on my computer at home so im a bit lost with everything lol

ummmm...and u sure they have given 3 colours? then i think...PP gives dark purple Pp gives light purple and pp white....

now u want violet?..this is a lil vague ques....because PP,Pp,pp are the only outcomes...so i dont know how u wud get violet....
