what happens to Carbon atom druing cellular repiration in a pear?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The chemical reaction for cellular respiration is: C6H12O6 (glucose) + 6O2 (Oxygen) -> 6CO2 (Carbon dioxide) + 6H2O (Water) Depending in which carbon you plan to choose and I assume carbon from glucose, your carbon atom will be converted to carbon dioxide as product of respiration.
