total marbles are 18, so when Rin reaches into the bag and takes out a blue marble..
no of blue marbles et decreased by 1 as well as number of total marbles get decreased by 1

so new configuration is 
3 red
4 blue
2 green
8 yellow

for misaki, 
getting a red is 3/11
gettina a blue is 4/11
getting a green is 2/11
gettin a yellow is 8/11
