How to solve this? x − 2y − 3z = 1 2x + y + z = 4 x + 3y − 2z = −3

There are several ways in which to solve this "system of linear equations." Because all your coefficients are simple (integers), you might want to eliminate one variable at a time using the "addition/subtraction" or "elimination" method. Substitution would work, but would be more involved (complicated). Please choose a method that you're willing to experiment with, and then start solving this system.
