Yeah this is probably easy but i can't seem to get the right answer.. Add the following polynomials, then place the answer in the proper location on the grid. Write your answer in descending powers of x. x^4 -3x + 1 4x^2 - 2x + 8 x^3 - 9

it might help to line up the like terms in columns: x^4 -3x + 1 4x^2 - 2x + 8 x^3 - 9 ----------------------- add down the columns

and i got no clue what the "proper location on the grid" would be :/ sounds like one of those convoluted math programs
