3(-11/3x+2)=67/2 -- multiply both sides by 2 6(-11/3x+2) = 67 -66/3x + 12 = 67 -- subtract 12 from both sides -66/3x = 55 -22/x = 55 -- multiply by x -22 = 55x -- divide by 55 -22/55 = x
3/11 + 6/11 = 9/11
