what are some legacies of presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush? good and bad

I believe Clinton managed to better the image of the Democratic Party in a way that undermined the Reagan Revolution. The new Democrat party used the "Reagan appeal" which was individualism, welfare reform, law and order and made the party more appealing to middle class Americans.

Bush retaliated to Al Qeada's cowardly act of terror on 9/11/01. He also governed the nation well when it happened... I've watched enough specials to know this... Clinton had the chance to have UBL (Osama Bin Laden civilians) but didn't. People aren't fond of Bush because of some of the things he did, but, he at least loved America unlike some of presidents I won't name.
