One Sunday afternoon, Jimmy and Harry decided to go fishing at the lake. Unfortunately, Jimmy's fishing rod broke right before they were set to leave, so they decided to drive separately. Harry left right away, but it took Jimmy 2 hours to find a new rod. Harry drove to the lake at a speed of \frac{231}{10} mph, and Jimmy drove at a speed of 69.3 mph. If they arrived at the lake at the same time, how long did it take for Harry to get there?
