a. well you divide $51 and 9 which came up as 5.6 on my calculator.
b.if it prints 9 in 3 minutes, then divide 9 by 3 to get how many in one minute... 9/3 = 3 pages in one minute

to get how many minutes per page, divide 1 minute by 3 pages.

you get 1/3, so it prints one page every 1/3 of a minute... since there are 60 seconds in a minute, it prints one page every 60/3 seconds, or every 20 seconds
