A liquid-filled glass pyramid is being erected as part of a museum attraction. The pyramid is designed to be 15 feet tall with a rectangular base that is 10 feet long and 6 feet wide. What is the total amount of liquid that the pyramid can hold?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

156 cubic feet 278 cubic feet 300 cubic feet 324 cubic feet

use the formula for the volume of a rectangular pyramid which I'm not sure about right now you can google it

OpenStudy (cwrw238):

if my memory serves me right its 1/3 * area of base * height which will make this 1/3 * 60 * 15 = 300 cu ft but you'd better check it out to make sure

yeah you are right
