Well, think about it.  It's defnitely not democrat (A) like us, and it's NOT in Constantinople since that is in Europe and Byzantine is like in Mexico.  Many kingdoms or whatever the hell you call it were appreciated for their art, so I would say "Powerful Military Leaders"

actually the right answer is d.
