I forgot if new users have to verify their email address. This might reduce spammers with new accounts every time they are banned.

But I think maybe some of the children wouldn't know that. If most people on here can't even Google simple questions properly then we can hope. :P At the very least, it should reduce some if not many of the spammers.

To answer your question, yes. New users have to give an email, and they have to verify it before they can use their account. (I joined about a month ago...)

That way, only one account can be made per email... but of course, people can have more than one email account. If someone really wants to break the rules, but continue playing, it would be really hard to stop them :(

But that doesn't mean that we cannot/shouldn't try to.
