Why are capillaries and not arteries or veins found in alveoli, nephrons, and villi?

This is because capillaries is one cell thick that enable easy diffusion between space in the alveoli, nephrons, and villi. Arteries and vein are reinforce type of structure in which their main function is to transport blood into to out of the heart.
