just using the 45-45-90 rule will give you the diameter

but in short what it means, is 2 circles, same arc's length, different radius, so in short Circle O is smaller than circle P, they have the same arc's length

so you find the arc's length for circle O first, then match it up with P to get the radius, by solving the Arc's length equation
