Hey. I have a some questions on "The Cask of Amontillado" if anyone has read it. I'm so confused and need help. Please so urgent

1. How does the author want the reader to feel while reading "The Cask of Amontillado"?

2. What techniques does the author use to help you visualize the place, the people, and the events that are taking place within the story?

3. How has the author described the characters to make them seem like real people?

4. Does the author expect the reader to make an emotional connection to the story?

For the theme , I would at least say it mystery theme

Well i can tell you this for the first one, the author wanted you to feel suspense while understanding the anger and bad relationship of the two.
