If b=2, which of the following are correct? My assumptions was C A. 9b=16 B. 25+3b<30> C. 14b>5b+20 D. 3b-5 <2>

OpenStudy (anonymous):

C is wrong .. you got 28>30

OpenStudy (jonnyvonny):

25+3(2)=31 which is <30>?.. 3*2-5=1 which is <2> aswell..

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It's obviously D

OpenStudy (jonnyvonny):

@DrakeNetherlands , do you think the ">" after the 30 and 2 is a typo?...@JC9977002 ...is it?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it got a little complicating for me, thanks guys.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thats how the answer was written, it has to do with inequalities

OpenStudy (jonnyvonny):

That's strange, for, in that case, 2 statements in that problem is true. Assuming it is, D is the correct answer.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

How would you write an inequality for the following statement: Mason must eat less than 3 cookies or he will feel ill. I put c>3 is that correct
