if that user is misbehaving or doing anything against the code of conduct by posing as an ambassador, then please report it to moderators. 
if the user is behaving, then its not such a big deal, and we can politely ask them to change the profile pic. 
in any case, if you are unsure, just report the user, and mods will take a look into it. :)
