It had 5 cycles in 4 sec, so its frequency is 5/4 = 1.25/s its period is (4/5) = 0.8s. Displacement is most positive when acceleration most negative, so 180o out of phase.
Out of phase by half a period 0.8s/2 = 0.4 s.
Period proportional to sqrt (L/g)
