Hi! Please help me I only have today to finish this! I just want to know the basics. Please hep me solve this :) I added a diagram! NO is the base of the isosceles triangle MNO. The perpendicular from N to Mo meets MO at A. Prove that the measure of angle ANO is half the measure of angle NMO. Prove this using two column proof. (Hint: draw altitude MB)
>>O is the base of the isosceles triangle A point cannot be the base of a triangle. It should be a segment. Is it segment NO, segment MO, or something else that is the base of the isosceles triangle? @iKiru
segment NO
NO is the base of the isosceles triangle MNO
>>> draw altitude MB) Where is point B? If you have a diagram, please post it. Thanks.
Point B is a point on NO and is a altitude from point M
This is a diagram of what it looks like
I don't have MS Word loaded on this computer so I will have to move to another one to see the diagram.
Thank you I appreciate it!
Diagram
yes,
I marked the right angles and the congruent sides.
Thank you so much that really helps! I was really not sure what to do next! :)
I think I can solve it now, thank you again.
I am wondering if the legs of the isosceles triangles are MN and MO. Attached is the diagram with more known info marked.
