OK! So I'm new at this OpenStudy thing. And I don't know how to tag you. But anyway, here's my question.

LOL, looking at your opening question, this is the answer i found on the net:

Whales are placental mammals, so they do. All placental mammals do. They are called mammals for the Latin name for breast (or mammary, if you will).

However, they lack k breasts in the sense of human, dog, cat, etc. breasts. Most marine mammals lack lips which means the babies have no ability to suckle. This means the mother's milk is forced outward by her own muscle contractions.
