Can someone please help me with these questions and explain I'm so confused :( You have to make a function A polynomial with rational coefficients having roots 3, 3, and 3-i A rational function with vertical asymptote and horizontal asymptote

OOH I WILL HELP. Give me a minute :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Wait is one of those 3's negative?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no they're both positive

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So you write it like this:(x-3)(x-3)(x+3-i)(x+3+i). Then you do some foiling and distributing and get this: 2x^2+19, after all that combining like terms.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OMG No disregard that last part. Sorry wrong thing. It would be (x-3)(x-3)(x+3-i))(x+3+i)=f(x). And that would be your answer.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

And what about the asymptotes?
