Is corporate income tax fair or unfair? Why?
You would have to define what the word fair is. It really isn't a matter of whether it's fair or not, it's the law, they have to pay taxes. Back in the early 20th century when the Supreme Court ruled that separate but equal was constitutional, was that fair? Didn't really matter, it was the law back then. I know you're looking for a yes or no answer here, but that would just be an opinion. The realistic answer is that nothing is truly fair or unfair in any country; remember, majority rule decides.

Basically if you have a large enough company(USA for example) you have to pay taxes. In fact, the United States has the highest nominal corporate tax in any of the world's developed economies at 35%.
