At a railway yard, locomotives are used to pull containers full of oil. A locomotive is chosen according to the volume of oil it can pull as shown in the table. Consider a cylindrical container that needs pulling. It is 40 feet long and 12 feet in diameter. If one-half of the container is filled with oil, which locomotive should be selected to pull it?
