Approximate the real zero of f(x) = x3 + x + 1 to the nearest tenth.

one way to do it is to plug consecutive integers in until you get a sign change. once you get a sign change you know you have a zero between those x values. then you can plug numbers in to get closer and closer to zero. or you can put it into a calculator but that way isn't as fun.
