is all that stuff over 3 or just the 6 like \[\frac{ 32+(5-2)*4-6 }{ 3 }\] or \[32+(5-2)*4-\frac{ 6 }{ 3 }\]

ok so 32+(5-2)*4-6/3 first up parenthesis 32+3*4-6/3 multiplication and division 32+12-2 add 44-2 subtract 42

well then it must be like the other one (32+(5-2)*4-6)/3 parenthesis within the parenthesis (32+3*4-6)/3 multiplication within the parenthesis (32+12-6)/3 add and subtract within parenthesis 38/3 divide 12.3333333333...
