Why is rap so terrible?

well in most opinions, it depends on who the rapper is, the time period and what it is about. Today, most raps consist of drugs, greed in money, sex and gangs/violence. No music is "terrible" it just depends on the person and their interests and tastes. For example: if I had to say what rappers i like, it would be the original ones with the exception of Marshal. All in all, it depends on where you're from, how you grew up and what you enjoy.
