if the chicken noodle soup taste really good at first why would chicken noodle soup taste super salty and bad after leaving it on the cooker for five more minutes

hm with my limited knowledge of chicken noodle soup, the only thing that comes to mind is that by leaving it on the stove longer you're evaporating water and, effectively, increasing the concentration of the solute i.e. salt, chicken (by decreasing the volume of water).
