if the chicken noodle soup taste really good at first why would chicken noodle soup taste super salty and bad after leaving it on the cooker for five more minutes

Fckin weird question but I'll answer it anyway. As we cook soup, the water evaporates. The heat causes the water to turn into water vapor, and leave the soup. But salt DOES NOT evaporate. It gets left behind, as the water goes away. So, the longer we cook the soup, the more dense the salt content becomes. The water goes away, but the salt is left behind. SO, if we cook the soup for too long, then there won't be enough water to balance out the salt.
