Help i know this is off topic but I was cooking eggs like 5 mins ago and a plastic tie fell into the fire on the burner and I breathed it in and now i feel dizzy and i have a headache will i be okay

Should be non-toxic but I would contact doctor just in case? You may be feeling dizzy from the smoke/burning. Maybe go stand out side to get some fresh air.

Just get fresh air and get the smoke/burning out of the room if it got too bad.
