The domain can be 1, 2, 3 and 4 and the ordered pairs can be: (1, 11), (2,20), (3,34), (4, 41) This is a function because each x has been mapped to y and no two x values map to the same y value passing the vertical line test for a function. WE can create another domain where two different x values map to the same y value and therefore the relationship will not be a function. Example: (1, 11), (1, 20), (3, 34), (4,4) In the first two ordered pair the same x value of 1 maps into two different y values: 11 and 20 and therefore it is not a function.

OpenStudy (ranga):

The last one should be (4,41) not (4,4).
