My electronics have to be brought in and out of the car daily. the car temp and outside temp is -10 and humidity is 54%. inside temp is usually 70-80 degrees. with no humidity control. every time I do this the electronics collect water (like a can of beer in summer) so my solution is to put a heater in front of them to quick warm. is this the best method? should I run the heater in the car first? the reason I don't run the car heater is usually not enough time to completely warm it. I usually drive with no heat so not to warm and cool over and over through out the day. the electronics cant be put in plastic and have to be exposed.
that's nice way but don't put it too close too heater. @phkng
Pre-heat is good. Box in house with desiccant to put them in while arming indoors might work.
some of the electronics are encased in plastic and aluminum. (not air tight at all) wont heating from the outside encourage water collection on the inside during the warming process?
This is because of rapid warming.
