I have an exam on monday for an analytical chemistry class where in one of the questions i'm proposing a design for biosensor in principle. I need some "real life" scenarios on a specific chemical/organism in a sample that i need to detect/quantify. SO please suggest anything. Target Chemical/Organism: In Matrix/Environment:

we'll thats the thing, thats broad and i want try specifics, like E. coli in bottled water, or strychnine in coffee, or glucose in whole blood serum, etc.
