Can someone tell me where I can find a proof of the generalized form of Napoleon's Theorem?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Specifically that if three similar triangles are constructed on the sides of any triangle. their circumcenters will form a triangle similar to the three triangles.

Not a proof, but a start - http://www.cut-the-knot.org/Generalization/napoleon.shtml
