OpenStudy (shamil98):

Slope-intercept form can you give you your slope-value quite easily. It is : y = mx + b All you need to do to get that value of m, is divide both sides by 5.

OpenStudy (pixiedust1):

So, y=(x-3)/5 Now what?

OpenStudy (shamil98):

y = (x-3)/5 is also y = x/5 - 3/5 x/5 = 1/5 (x) so m is?

OpenStudy (pixiedust1):

I have no idea :(

OpenStudy (shamil98):

y= 1/5 x - 3/5 y = mx + b m = slope. come on.

OpenStudy (pixiedust1):

Oh 1/5!

OpenStudy (shamil98):

yes
