Solve each of them for y

myininaya (myininaya):

Put into y=mx+b form

OpenStudy (pixiedust1):

Oh! I got -2y=x-0

OpenStudy (pixiedust1):

How do I make that -2 not negative and get rid of it?

myininaya (myininaya):

which equation are you solving right now? is it x-2y=0?

myininaya (myininaya):

You need to subtract x on both sides like this -2y=-x

myininaya (myininaya):

or you could have looked at x-2y=0 and added 2y on both sides

myininaya (myininaya):

anyways looking at -2y=-x to get y by itself you notice it is being multiplied by -2 how do you undo the multiplication by -2?
