Look at triangle AQB.
A diameter that is perpendicular to a chord bisects the chord.
Look at Triangle AQT. A leg is 5 and the hypotenuse is 13. If you remember the Pythagorean Triples from this morning, you will know the length of segment AT. If not, use the Pythagorean Theorem to find the length of segment AT. @stupidinmath

Good. AT = 12 so AB is twice that or 24.
In most of these circle problems you will need to mark up the diagram and draw the extra radii to see how to apply the theorems.
