my profile has been broke for at least a month now and no one has tried to fix it even though i emailed contact@openstudy.com and i even tried to pm a mod but they all said to ask preetha and she didnt respond to my pm yet..........   :(

The bugs continue.

I am not a site administrator, nor a member of the development team - so I have absolutely nothing about what might cause the bugs or for how they will persist. All I can do is ask for your patience while the team works on it. Believe me, I and the other mods are as eager as you for things to be back to good.
