F1 = - k q1 q3 / (0.200)^2 < 0 is pulled toward x>0 F2 = - k q2 q3 / (0.295)^2 > 0 is pulled toward x<0 k= 9x10^9 Take their difference. The direction will be determined by which has the larger absolute magnitude.
