I need help with these polynomial questions. First off, I want to check if I answered these question correctly: 1) 3x + 4y = 7xy 2) √x² + x² = X² (I learned that if I to get rid of an square root, then I need to root it. Also, If I need to get rid of a root, then I square root, correct? So, If I root the √x² it'd become a regular "X", and If square root the x² it'd become a regular "X" right? So, if this is the case X+X = x²? 3) ab³ - 1/ az(4squared) + 3 = a²z(4 squared)b³ + 2 Stuff I'm not sure how to work out: 1) a³ - 11 =? 2) 5np/n² - 2g/h = ? 3) √m-7

are the things after the = sign your answer?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes

OpenStudy (daffy_duck):

Well the first one about the 3x+4y can't be added together because you can only add together like terms and x and y aren't the same so the answer is just the question :)
