This one takes a little bit of work. since is a nonhomogeneous  equations you have to find the characteristic solution first. Then find the particular solution using the method of undetermined coefficients.

hopefully you can realize that yours is Euler's form of ODE, that's why we don't find characteristic equation but indicial equation for homogenous part
