depends on the calculator, if it's a plain ol` one-liner one 1/2 * 4 * [ 3 [\(\sqrt{}\)]

I put in 1/2*14square root of 3 on my caculator but it gives me 12.1 which is not my answer. the answer is 7 square root of 3 :(
