Are you supposed (see instructions) to solve the equation over the set of Reals or perhaps just [0, 2 pi] ?

I got {0, pi/2, 3pi/2, 2pi} At x = pi, look what happens to the equation: cos^2x-cos x=0 (cos pi)^2 - (cos pi) = (-1)^2 - (-1) = 1 + 1 = 2 which is not 0.
