Oxymoron: "jumbo shrimp" you could probably google images of this.
Pun: there is a whole bunch out there. Verbal and with images. Again, google will find you a whole bunch.
Sarcasm: No, I TOTALLY DIDN'T EXPECT Congress to have such a low rating from citizens.
