At what value of x does the minimum or maximum occur for the function below?

f(x) = 4(x + 9)2 + 9

maximum at x = 9
maximum at x = -9
minimum at x = 9
minimum at x = -9

an: minimum at x = -9 I think no or yes

I think its minimum x=-9 but not sure

or it can be Maximum x=-9
