Please Help!!!!!!!!! I really need it!!! Write an equation in slope-intercept, point-slope, or standard form for the line with the given information. Explain why you chose the form you used.

y=mx+b, where m is the slope and b is y at x=0 (the y value where the graph crosses the y axis) .. Slope is Rise/Run, correct? so look at your table, and work out (ysub2-ysub1)/(xsub2-xsub1)... or look at the graph and ask yourself how much does y increase for every 1 x increase? That will be your slope. Plug in for m. Does this make sense?

y=mx+b is slope-intercept form. It is a very clean way of writing the equation, and you are able to use it because you can easily see where the graph intercepts the y-axis.
